What we collect
One thing: the email address you submit on the waitlist form. We also record the timestamp of your submission and which page you submitted from (e.g. home hero, thesis page) so we know which messaging is resonating.
We do not collect names, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or browsing behavior.
Why we collect it
To notify you when there's something to share — a private demo, a closed beta, a launch. That's the only reason. We will not email you cold marketing, newsletters, or anything else you didn't opt into by joining the waitlist.
Where it's stored
Supabase (Postgres database hosted in US East). We use Resend to send transactional emails (the welcome confirmation, future launch notifications). Vercel hosts this website. Those three services see your email address as a function of running the site — they do not get it for their own purposes.
Tracking and cookies
We don't track you. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking. The only cookies set on this site are the ones Vercel needs to route requests to the right edge server, which expire when you close your browser.
If we ever add analytics (e.g. to understand which marketing channels are working), we'll update this page and add a clear notice at that time.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email with anyone outside the three infrastructure providers above. If we're ever compelled to disclose information by valid legal process, we'll tell you unless we're legally prohibited from doing so.
Your rights
Email hello@cassandri.com from the address on the waitlist and we'll delete your record within 7 days. You can also ask us what we have on file — same address.
Updates
This policy will get rewritten before any product launch. When that happens — when we add user accounts, paid plans, or analytics — we'll update this page in full and notify everyone on the waitlist before the new version takes effect.
